I have experienced failure on so many levels from this P.O. From the start when my box was not labeled from the inside (sent back all my mail) i get other peoples mail in my box. I don't get all my mail for my business and the only link to the failure is this P.O. It causes me to have so much trouble to have to contact my customers to verify that they sent my payments only to find that they sent them on time and are nowhere to be found or found in the wrong box. The amount of benefits that the p.o. employees are afforded vs. the service i have experienced is shocking.

This post office is one of the best I've ever worked with. My wife and I run an online shop while traveling the country in our vintage camper. This lifestyle has put me into working relationships with numerous post offices in multiple states. As a seller who is typically taking 15 or more items to be shipped daily, you learn how to read the reactions of the clerks when you walk in with your daily shipments. We spent the Christmas rush season in Galveston, and despite the always busy nature of this office, I was always greeted with a smile. I was always given help above and beyond what I would reasonably expect. Now, Galveston has another post office, and it's the one you have to go to if you ship on a Saturday. I would avoid that location at all costs (it's on Broadway Ave J). I cannot say enough good about Galveston's 25th street usps location. They are amazing!
