Tulsa, OK residents Sierra Higbee and Philanteus Jarrett walk the beach after the city of Galveston partially reopen public beaches after closing them for nearly a month due to the novel coronavirus outbreak Monday, April 27, 2020, in Galveston. Higbee said that she just need a break from the quarantine and when she heard that Galveston's beaches were opening up, she and Jarrett booked a flight to Texas.
